Aggressive Driver Leads Police on Chase, Causes PA Car Crash

On November 10, Kyle Malcolm Washington led police on a chase that included speeding, running stop signs, and endangering construction workers. He eventually struck a vehicle and then fled the scene of the Pennsylvania car accident. According to an article in The Delaware County Times, the driver of the vehicle that was struck suffered injuries. Motorists like Washington who fail to adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices are ultimately responsible for causing Pennsylvania car crashes. Traveling at speeds greater than posted speed limits is a form of aggressive driving. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) defines aggressive driving as a driver who commits a combination of moving offenses so as to endanger persons and property.
