Twenty-five year old Jennifer Rose of Clifton Heights, PA was struck by a car while crossing the street on November 7 at Oak and Cambridge Avenues. A woman in her 60s was hit by a SEPTA bus on June 22 near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
