The Delaware County Times reports that a PA appeals court denied an appeal from a plastic surgeon from King of Prussia in a Pennsylvania medical malpractice case. The family of Amy Fledderman was awarded $20.5 million after they filed a suit against Richard P. Glunk. Construction Accident in Connecticut Hurts Man
Justin Plank, a 21-year-old man, was injured on May 12 at a gas station in Norwalk, CT after a steel beam fell off a payloader and struck him in the leg. According to this article, Plank was guiding a 16-foot steel pillar into place at when a chain wrapped around the claw-bucket holding the beam slipped.
