New PA Legislation Proposed to Ban Behind the Wheel Cell Phone Use

On July 9, an elderly pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck in western Pennsylvania. According to this article on Philly.com, a 79-year-old man was struck as he was crossing a city street. He died of blunt force trauma. The man lived at an assisted living center in Altoona, PA.
