Three men in their twenties, all from Philadelphia, were killed on June 25, 2010 when the vehicle in which they were traveling went off the Atlantic City Expressway in NJ and hit several trees, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. On July 9, an elderly pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck in western Pennsylvania. According to this article on Philly.com, a 79-year-old man was struck as he was crossing a city street. He died of blunt force trauma. The man lived at an assisted living center in Altoona, PA.
