Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash on April 6 with two cars that were drag racing. According to this article on Delcotimes.com, detectives believe that the two cars were street racing on Route 273 in Delaware.
The article reported that as the cars ran a red light, one of them struck a 16-year-old teen from Newark, DE and he died at the scene.
