Drag Racing Cars Hit and Kill Teen

Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash on April 6 with two cars that were drag racing. According to this article on Delcotimes.com, detectives believe that the two cars were street racing on Route 273 in Delaware.
