Susan L. Sipe, President of SLS Consulting has dedicated her career to assisting attorneys with the growth and management of their law practices Nationwide. In 1999 she founded SLS Consulting, specializing in assisting lawyers with client development strategies and Internet visibility. SLS has become an industry leader in Legal Internet Marketing, Legal website design and legal website Search Engine Optimization.
With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, she has a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a law firm successful in today's changing economy and how to stay focused and organized in the midst of change.

Erin Adams graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in June 2012. She joined the SLS Consulting team soon after graduation in August 2012. Erin is a part of the social networking department and assists in managing social network profiles for each client. She enjoys working with such a great team of people here at SLS!
In her spare time, Erin enjoys playing basketball and is a member of a professional Japanese Classical Dance group. When she’s not dancing, Erin spends her time with friends and family.

Matt Draper graduated from Biola University in La Mirada in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Ever since he was young, Matt had a passion for writing and found focus in high school through news and feature writing. During college, Matt also found a love for editing and other creative outlets such as design through newspaper, magazine, and advertising work. During his tenure at collage and in the time since, Matt has grown his passion for editing and writing as he continues to hone his skills and expand them into social media marketing.Matt was hired in 2011 by SLS Consulting as a blog editor and spends his time editing and creating daily web content. In his downtime, Matt enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies, and playing video games.
Chief Technical Advisor / SEO Specialist

Gilbert Galindo has been a part of SLS for almost 10 years and it seems that there isn't anything he can't do. When Gilbert isn't providing technical support to clients, he is working away at his computer designing and coding superior technical solutions coinciding with search engine optimization. Gilbert has developed a keen eye for system deficiencies, easily identifying a problem and implementing an effective solution asap. In creating and executing project work plans, Gilbert revises and updates these plans when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, striving to exceed clients' expectations. Each SLS website you see includes a collection of intricate tasks that Gilbert carries out while communicating and enforcing coding standards (CSS, SEO, etc.) If you thought that was all, Gilbert also sets up client hosting and email as well as manages statistics and documentation for client websites.
Web Design Lead

Ronnie Gee has been working with SLS Consulting for over 4 years. His previous experiences include working as a graphic designer for the city of Los Angeles Public Works, retouching and designing wedding albums for a photography studio as well as working on other various freelance projects.
His duties at SLS include developing websites and coming up with original templates, maintenance of sites, working with clients to deliver the look and overall feel of what they want as well as overseeing the Graphics Department. Cookies and basketball are his two vices.

At University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Rebecca Helm studied art and community psychology. She finds the merging of the two subjects in the web, where she can create visual hubs for target groups. Rebecca began working in web design by helping small companies strengthen their web presence.
She’s happy to have joined SLS where she uses HTML, CSS, and Photoshop to help the design team produce cutting-edge legal marketing projects. In addition to enjoyable work, Rebecca has found a bastion of kind and talented people at SLS and is honored to be among them.
When she’s not helping create effective user experiences, Rebecca is fixing up her home with her husband and finishing her novel about dreams.

Rachael Jones graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2010 with a B.A. in English. Upon graduating, she began using her writing skills in internet marketing and as a freelance writer, where she quickly learned to write and edit blogs on a variety of subjects, from interior design to SEO tips and social media trends. She is excited to be working with the amazing people at SLS Consulting as a blog poster and editor. In her spare time, she loves yoga, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Frank Lopez began his Graphic Design career working for a music industry magazine where he designed cover art, logos, editorial layouts, and advertising. He soon took what he learned in print design and translated it into content driven website layouts. Over the years, Frank has designed and developed websites for AOL, Verizon, Disney, Showtime, Lionsgate, and entertainers in music and movies.
During his rare time away from computer screens, you can usually find Frank playing a pickup basketball game or learning to play songs on his guitar.

Since 2006, Leticia Perez has been a part of the SLS Consulting team but has been a designer for the past 10 years. She attended Cal Poly Pomona University from which she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design. There she developed her interest in not only print based design but also motion graphics and web design. She was also a finalist in the redesign of the Cal Poly Pomona hillside logo, something she is still very proud of.
Not too long after receiving her degree, Leticia began working for SLS Consulting where her responsibilities range from web design, coding, and editing, to motion graphics and print work. What she loves most about working at SLS are being surrounded by amazing people and getting to work with her favorite programs, Photoshop and Flash, everyday.

Lynna Pham graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in Economics. Since 2009, she has worked in the internet marketing industry where she has worked on various search marketing and social media campaigns - ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations. At SLS, Lynna is excited to learn more about coding websites and search engine optimization.

Melissa Picciuto is the longest tenured SLS employee besides Susan. Her invaluable experience has enabled her to project manage many of our clients as well as becoming an SEO expert. She has years of search engine optimization experience and has been trained in the intricacies of how to best optimize sites for our clients.

Diana Saba graduated from the University of California, Irvine, in 2004 with a B.A. in Classical Civilizations and then moved on to Cal State Los Angeles where she earned her Single-Subject Teaching Credential in English. While teaching middle school English in Glendale, she caught the blogging bug and began writing for her naturopathy blog. Eventually realizing that she wanted to write and/or edit full-time, Diana stopped teaching English full-time and worked as a substitute teacher while taking on various online projects, including being the website editor and manager for Sev's Wood Crafts.
Diana is glad to have found a place, here at SLS Consulting, to apply and build her skills as a writer and editor in the Legal Internet marketing world. She predominantly writes copy for legal blogs and web pages, integrating SEO along the way, but also edits and publishes blog posts.
Diana has lived in Southern California all her life and enjoys a close relationship with her family, especially her sisters, one of whom is her identical twin. She loves animals and nature, and enjoys cooking, reading, running, and martial arts.
Prior to joining SLS's Human Resources Department, Kathleen worked as a paralegal and in HR at several different law firms in both Pennsylvania and California.
Kathleen took a short break from work to raise three beautiful children. During her “vacation”, she was on the PTA Executive Board for nine years. She also used her organizational talents to chair the Dads-only Father's Follies Review for three years, and to increase revenue for Arroyo Vista Elementary School by selling Scrip. Kathleen was Vice President of the South Pasadena Education Foundation, and has worked on numerous committees to stop the 710 Freeway expansion into South Pasadena.
Kathleen is happy to work with an amazing group of talented people. Her responsibilities at SLS include fostering the well-being of both the employees and office environment, resulting in an improved company performance overall.
In her spare time Kathleen enjoys watching her children play soccer and football, visiting her daughter at NYU, traveling, renovating, antiquing, reading and scrapbooking.
Copywriter and Director of Social Networking

Scott Simpson graduated from the University of Southern California in 2005, earning a BA in Creative Writing with an emphasis in film studies. He soon landed a position at The Walt Disney Company as an Administrative Assistant, helping organize the office and assisting his co-workers with a variety of tasks. Then in 2008, Scott became a freelance proofreader at Eclipse Advertising in Burbank, CA. As part of the editorial department, Scott proofread movie and video game advertisements, aiding in the marketing process for a variety of projects, including feature films released by New Line Cinema, Dreamworks Animation, and Twentieth Century-Fox. In 2009, after a brief stint with Disney Consumer Products, Scott accepted a freelance copywriter position with SLS Consulting. One month into his venture with SLS, Scott was offered an in-office Administrative Assistant position with the company. In January of 2010, Scott took on the assignment of becoming SLS Consulting's Director of Social Networking.
Scott spends his days writing web content and blog articles, and also assists with a variety of other writing projects, including submission articles and press releases. As per his social networking position, Scott regularly manages social networking profiles for clients, and hones his HTML skills when creating and updating custom Facebook fan pages for law firms. Scott also continues to assist with an array of office tasks as he is needed.
Social Networking Assistant

A senior at St. Francis High School, William Sipe is Susan's only son. He has been working part time at SLS Consulting since November 2011, and is a valuable member of the social networking team. Will also helps out wherever else he is needed in the office, keeping both the supply and file rooms organized and occasionally running errands. Will has watched the business grow since it started in the back of his grandparent's house way back during his elementary school days and has been a familiar face around the office ever since. In his free time, Will takes care of his ball pythons, likes to listen to music, and draw.

Heather Snyder has always been an SLS Employee! She is Susan's oldest daughter and started with SLS as a summer employee doing "jail mail". From administrative work to content writing and now managing the office, including the company's finances and payroll, Heather has done it all. She has watched SLS grow from a couple of employees working out of a guest house, to a successful business working out of two beautiful office suites. Heather continues to learn the ever expanding world of SEO and has recently taken on some of the company's Local Search marketing and Social Networking.
Thanks to her boss being so gracious, Heather is able to work from home a couple days a week so she can stay home with her daughter, Annabelle. Annabelle is Heather's first child and the first grandchild of the family...keeping Susan away from the office one day a week for playdates. Heather also enjoys cooking, baking and entertaining in her home whenever possible!
IT / IS Service Manager

Tony began performing IT work at SLS in 2001 when there were only a handful of computers. It doesn’t matter how small you are or where you start, you need to be protected and efficient if you want to succeed. In 2009 he moved SLS into the 21st century with a new phone system, networking, security, & storage appliances. Keeping on top of the technology game and making sure data is safe and secure is a full time job. Tony holds MSCE, MSDST, & A+ certifications. He also holds the following state contractors licenses, Electrical, HVAC, & Lo-Voltage. Tony has worked for years in Facilities & Communications for companies such as Sempra Energy & The Walt Disney Company.
Tony grew up in Temple City, CA and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves to BBQ and entertain at his home with his wife and daughter.

Stephanie Soule-Maggio graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Literature from the College of Creative Studies where she received Honorable Mention in the Most Excellent Writing Contest. Stephanie focused on her passion for comparative literature and poetry at UCSB, which has lent her the ability to write on an array of topics and produce varied web content. Before working as a copywriter and search engine optimization strategist at SLS Consulting, Stephanie did freelance writing and Internet marketing for the Web Success Team and worked as a fundraiser for the UCSB Annual Fund (raising nearly $60,000 for the non-profit organization supporting student programs). Stephanie is pleased to be a part of the SLS Consulting team as the “Blog Queen.” In writing legal web content, Stephanie also integrates search engine optimization and firm branding into the writing, editing, and posting of blogs, articles, and web pages.
